Therapy for adults
Live life free!
I am a registered member of the British Association of
Counselling and Psychotherapy and have been working
therapeutically with children and their families since 2015.
Having this experience, I recognise that a lot of people have
difficulties at some point in their relationships. Whether it
is an important life event, like starting a romantic
relationship, becoming a parent, going through a separation,
relocating, losing a friend, struggling with addiction or just
daily challenges, we all need support at times.
We now know that the quality of our life depends on the
quality of our relationships. And relationships can change for
the better.
Maybe letting yourself been seen for who you are can feel
scary, but it does not have to be this way.
In an open, non judgemental space, and with plenty of
curiosity, we can work together to make sense of difficulties
and find a way forward.
I look forward to meeting you and getting to know you!
In my practice, I use my knowledge and expertise in a non
pathologizing, integrative approach. In the presence of
self-compassion, we are able to process and integrate
emotional wounds, releasing the pain that was burdening us.
I teach clients practical, new ways to gain a better
understanding of themselves through a wider perspective and
gain control over difficult experiences.
